So starcraft II came out a few hours ago, had mine preordered but couldn't get it at the midnight launch due to work. However I got texts from 2 separate people telling me when they got it. Kinda funny how much of a geek I have to be to know people like that.

So apparently my company decided that it would be better if my department (in Golden CO) was re-located to our company HQ in Chicago IL. So as of 4/23 my building closes and relocates. So I have until then to find a new job. Yeah. On the other hand I saw Book of Eli last night. I loved that movie. It has excessive violence, language, suggestive dialogue/situations; so it isn't for the conservative crowd that the premise might suggest. Still, if you don't mind that kind of stuff, which I don't, its a freaking awesome ride. :SPOILER: if you see it, tell me, did you see a parallel to Revelation Chapter 11? :/SPOILER:

Last XP update I DLed bricked my system. Something went wrong, couldn't tell you what, but when I said it could restart to apply the updates the system stopped working. Had to buy a new HDD so I could load windows onto it and then access my files. Then reformat the drive, then load windows onto it. Then move all my files back to the drive so I could reformat my new drive so that windows didn't freak out because there were two copies of it on two different drives. You know how long it takes to format a 1 terabyte hard-drive? Anyway, that type of crap happens. One corrupt bit is all it takes and it can gum up the whole works. While that is dee
